In this final part of our interview, we consider other aspects of the Renters Reform Bill and the decent homes standard. And how this will affect landlords’ liability. We also discuss the importance of landlord training and what Labour might bring to the PRS, should they be elected. We finish with Robin’s top tip for landlords.
